The number of Shares reported as beneficially owned consists of (i) warrants to purchase an aggregate of 1,149,750 Shares which are not exercisable to the extent that the total number of Shares then beneficially owned by a Reporting Person and its affiliates and any other persons whose beneficial ownership of Shares would be aggregated with such Reporting Person for purposes of Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act, would exceed 9.99% and (iii) warrants to purchase 1,030,000 Shares which are not exercisable to the extent that the total number of Shares then beneficially owned by a Reporting Person and its affiliates and any other persons whose beneficial ownership of Shares would be aggregated with such Reporting Person for purposes of Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act, would exceed 4.99%
The Companys Prospectus Supplement (to Prospectus dated May 17, 2012, Registration No. 333-180731), filed on December 16, 2013 indicates there were 16,089,386 Shares outstanding as of the completion of the offering of the Shares referred to therein.
Heights Capital Management, Inc., which serves as the investment manager to Capital Ventures International, may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of all Shares owned by Capital Ventures International. Each of the Reporting Persons hereby disclaims any beneficial ownership of any such Shares, except for their pecuniary interest therein. | |

LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY
THIS LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY given on the 3rd day of April, 1999 by Capital Ventures International (hereinafter called the Company), whose Registered Office is situated at Second Floor, One Capital Place, P.O. Box 1781, Grand Cayman Islands, B.W.I.
